Allen R. Lupfer

Allen R. Lupfer, aged 67, of Shermans Dale, entered into eternal rest on October 30, 2025, at his home. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, Allen was cherished by many, but none more than his devoted wife of 49 years, Kimberly (Wagner) Lupfer. Allen's life was marked by two great passions: his family and dirt track racing. Known for his love of family, he found immense joy in watching his grandchildren participate in their various activities. Whether at a soccer, softball, or field hockey field, dance competition or perched on the bleachers of a basketball court, Allen was their biggest fan, always ready to cheer them on with pride. When not supporting his grandchildren or working, Allen could be found in his garage or at the track, fully immersed in working on his cherished 06 dirt late model. His enthusiasm for racing was infectious, and he shared this passion with his family and many in the racing community. Beyond his family and racing, Allen was a dedicated member of his community, driving buses for the West Perry School District and working as an owner / operator of Creekview Farms. His commitment to his work was evident in the care he took in ensuring the safety and well-being of those he transported. Allen is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly; his sons, Scott and wife Lisa, and Michael and wife Rebecca; and his six grandchildren, Colby (Selina), Hannah, Taylor, Aiden, Erin, and Addison. He is also survived by his brother Timothy and sister-in-law Michele and sister-in-law Darla. Allen was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Pauline (Frownfelter) Lupfer, and his brother Dennis Lupfer. Allen's warmth, dedication, and zest for life left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He will be dearly missed and forever remembered by his family and friends. A celebration of Allen's life will be held at The Boyer Family Funeral Home, New Bloomfield, on Nov. 4, 2025 at 11:00am, where family and friends are invited to gather in honoring his memory. A viewing will be held on Mon. Nov. 3, 2025 at the funeral home from 6pm – 8pm and also on Tuesday from 10am -11am. Donations may be made to The Shermans Dale Ambulance Association or the Shermans Dale Fire Department in Allen's name, reflecting his love for family and community.
