If cremation is your preference, we have a variety of options to work with your wishes and your finances. Cremation can be as simple as immediate cremation, or a complete funeral, using a rental wooden casket.
The available cremation options are as follows:
With the immediate cremation option, after removal of body from the place of death, the necessary permits are secured and the body is cremated. The cremains are then returned to the family in a corrugated container.
Immediate Cremation with Memorial Services
After removal of body from the place of death, the necessary permits are secured and the body is cremated. The cremains are then placed in an urn and are present at a memorial service either at one of our funeral home locations, a church, or other preferred location. Guest book, memorial folders, and thank you cards are included in this option.
Immediate Cremation with Graveside and Memorial Services
In addition to the services provided in option 2, graveside services are held at the cemetery with interment following, using a container suitable for burial.
Full Service Funeral with Cremation to Follow
This option is more like the traditional funeral but cremation follows the service. After removal of the body from the place of death, the body is embalmed, dressed, and groomed. A solid oak rental casket is provided for the viewing and funeral service. A guest book, memorial folders, and ‘thank you’ cards are included. Following the service, the body is cremated and the cremains are returned to the family in a container adequate for burial.
Spreading of Cremains by Air
We can arrange to have the ashes of your loved one spread from the air above most locations.
